The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) is the international organization for professionals skilled in the design, specification and inspection of plumbing systems. ASPE is dedicated to the advancement of the science of plumbing engineering, to the professional growth and advancement of its members and the health, welfare and safety of the public. The Society disseminates technical data and information, sponsors activities that facilitate interaction with fellow professionals, and, through research and education, expands the base of knowledge of the plumbing engineering industry. ASPE members are leaders in innovative plumbing design, effective materials and energy use, and the application of advanced techniques throughout the world.

High Purity Water Generation
 
Our talk will focus on skid mounted high and ultra-high purity water system generation and distribution equipment. Water is generated to meet various specifications including CAP, ASTM, and SEMI.

Presentation includes the discussion of:

  • High purity water generation modules
  • Deionizers (mixed bed resin and EDI electrodeionization)
  • Pretreatment skid packages
  • Skid mounted multi-process feed systems
  • Ultrapure storage vessels (USV's)
  • Water softener and carbon treatment
  • High purity distribution systems and components
  • Water quality monitors and integrated control systems


Speaker Biography

 

  Andy Cornell is the engineered systems sales executive for Burt Process Equipment covering a sales territory of 15 states. Andy has been with Burt for over three years focused on the design, specification, and sales of industrial process skid-mounted equipment including RODI High Purity Water, pH Neutralization, Rainwater Harvesting, and other specialty process skids. Andy has over 10 years in the technical industrial sales market and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
